Jolie Montgomery Ikard

For nearly 30 years, Jolie Montgomery Ikard has helped individuals and families throughout Springfield and Southwest Missouri navigate some of life’s most difficult legal challenges. Her practice focuses on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, orders of protection, and other domestic relations matters, while also representing clients in criminal law, quiet title actions, and select probate matters.

What makes Jolie’s approach unique is her combination of legal experience and a lifelong commitment to helping families. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in public service and family advocacy, earning a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.). She also served in leadership roles within child protective services, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges families face both inside and outside the courtroom.

Today, that experience allows Jolie to provide more than legal representation. She offers compassionate guidance, practical solutions, and clear communication to help clients move forward with confidence during some of life’s most personal and emotional transitions.
